Happy Halloween!!

Hi Daddy!!

Guess what tonight is???? Its Halloween night! I know its been a while since i posted last time but thats because we have been busy w/ camping and seeing Grammy & Pop-pop. But tonight is Halloween. Mommy is awfully happy today... she says that Halloween is her most favorite holiday. She says that it gives her a reason to get dressed up and act spooky and to eat lots of candy! Mommy let us carve our pumpkins a couple of nights ago that way we would have plenty of time for Trick or Treating and other fun stuff. C-C decided that she was going to be a vampire girl & I was Dracula! I wasn't too sure about the cape though. It was a little tight and too close around my neck. It made me feel uncomfortable. But mommy made me wear it to a couple of houses. She even painted my face a little. I got upset and cried and ended up wiping most of it off. Mommy gave up at that point. Mommy also got ready. She put on some makeup and pretty eyelashes and a really cool witches hat. She looked really pretty. So we got my pumpkin bucket and we headed out. C-C was gonna go trick or treating w/ her best friend so it was just me and mommy. We went to the first house and i got my candy but after that, i handed my bucket to mommy and let her hold it... i had my priorities... my lolipop!! We only went to a few houses then mommy had to get back to the house to hand out candy to the trick or treaters. Mommy let me help hand out candy to the trick or treaters that came to the door. I had more fun doing that daddy than walking around to all the houses. There were some scary masks that came by but i wasn't afraid and made sure that everyone got a piece of our yummy candy. We gave out laffy taffy, gum, sugar daddy, lolipops & m&m's. We also had these cool spider rings that we handed out too. There was this really big group of trick or treaters that came by and mommy ran out of candy. So we had to turn the decorations off and shut the door. After that mommy and me went through my pumpkin to see what all i got. The only thing i liked out of it was the lolipops. I also got some dots and candy stick things and some gummy candy. So i gave those to C-C. When C-C and Marissa came back home, C-C had a whole bunch of candy that she got from trick or treating. She even shared a few pieces of candy w/ me.

Mommy says that its time for me to go nite-nite, so i have to go. I am sorry that you couldn't be here for Halloween. Mommy sure did miss you daddy. I missed you too. I sure hope next year you are home and can take me trick or treating... it will be fun!! Have sweet dreams, sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite. Love you!!

Pumpkin Patch pt 3....

Pumpkin Patch pt 2....

Pumpkin Patch....

Hi Daddy!

I miss you! I know its getting closer for when you come home. My chain is getting smaller and smaller. I love to rip off a link each night before i go to bed. Sometimes i forget and have 2 links to pull off the next day.

Mommy, me and C-C did something fun last weekend. We went to the pumpkin patch. Tina and the girls came w/ us too. It was rainy and little chilly but mommy bundled me up and we brought our umbrella. There was a hayride and bounce houses there too. We first did a petting farm. There was this REALLY big bunny daddy!! You wouldn't believe how big he was! There was also a baby goat that kept following me around. He probably thought i had food for him but i didn't. He was really cute though. There were also chickens and sheep. I even saw a kitty cat! Then we went in the bounce houses. I love bouncing around especially when C-C comes in w/ me. She really bounces me high!!! After the bounce houses mommy said that we could do the hayride. That was fun. It took us all around the field. I saw a choo-choo and horseys. There was some horseys in a barn sticking their heads out of their windows. After the hayride we checked out the pumpkins in the pumpkin patch. There were so many pumpkins... i just couldn't get them all! Then we found some REALLY big pumpkins. They were too big for me to lift so we left them there.

Mommy and me just went to the playground at the mall. She brought her camera w/ her. I had fun sliding down the whales tail and running through its belly. I played really nice w/ the other kids too. Mommy ran into a lady and her little girl that we met at my swim lessons this summer. She chatted w/ her for a bit while i played. Then it was time to go see the puppies!!!! I love puppies daddy! They are so cute! Maybe when you come home, we can get a puppy??? I saw small puppies and just 1 big puppy. Then there were rinkly puppies. They were trying to get me through the glass. Some of the puppies were sleeping and some were playing. Mommy said her tummy was grumbling so we went to go eat lunch. I really wasn't hungry and just wanted to get down and play. Mommy got a little frustrated and wrapped up my cheese burger and we came home. Now its time for me to take a nap. I really don't want to but mommy says i have to. We have a busy weekend coming up. Mommy, me and C-C are going camping w/ Tina and the girls. I am excited but mommy is nervous because its going to be chilly and rainy this weekend. I think we will have fun no matter what the weather is like.

Well... here comes mommy... its time for me to take my nap. I miss you and love you daddy! Bye-bye!

Fall Fun Days....

Hey Daddy!!

I have to tell you about the cool thing that mommy, c-c & me did yesterday! We made Chocolate lolipops and decorated the house for Halloween. Mommy bought this special chocolate at the store w/ special colors for it. Mommy had to melt it in the microwave and stir in the colors that c-c and i wanted. C-C wanted red, orange & yellow. I wanted green. So after mommy mixed all the colors, she put them in little baggies. She also had cool sprinkles that we could add in. Mommy gave me my baggie and tried to squeeze the chocolate out but it was a little difficult for me so mommy helped. Then we added the sprinkles i wanted. Mommy gave me a lolipop stick to put in and then she had to put them in the fridge to cool down. C-C made special pumpkin looking lolipops. We had alot of fun. You know what the best part was daddy?? Eating the left over sprinkles. The black ones turned my mouth, lips and fingers black. That made mommy laugh. Mommy said it was time for me to take a nap. I wasn't too happy about that but she promised that if i took a really good nap that we would decorate the house. So after i woke up it was time to decorate for Halloween. Daddy? Did you know that mommy is a big scaredy-cat?? She is a big scaredy-cat of spiders!! She is so afraid that she made C-C go in the shed and drag the decorations out front. C-C was really brave and dragged it all the way out front. I didn't see what the big deal was. Oh well. Mommy got out some skeleton head lights and i helped her put them down the driveway. Then we got out our Frankenstein. C-C put up the bloody hands in the front window and put ghost stickers on the front door. Mommy also took some pumpkin buckets and put them over the porch lights. It looks really cool. Then mommy got some spider web stuff and hung it all over the brick outside. Then she hung this REALLY big black spider right by the door in the web. It looks really spooky. The only thing mommy didn't put up this year was the blowup pumpkins. She said that the stakes for it are out in the shed and she wasn't going back out there. So maybe next year.

Then today mommy took me and C-C to get our halloween costumes. Mommy found a little dracula costume for me and C-C decided she was going to be a vampire too. C-C put her costume on and mommy took a pic but i didn't want to put mine on. I want to show on Halloween what i look like. :)

Well, mommy says its my bed time. So i have to go for now. I wish you were home for halloween so you could go trick or treating w/ me. I know mommy will take lots of pics so you can see though. I miss you and love you daddy!
